- Items received in the wrong size or color.
- Items received that do not match the items you actually ordered.

- Currently, we do not accept returns on jewelry items. However, if the jewelry you received meets the criteria listed in the "Eligible Items for Return" section above, please contact us to request a refund.

3. **Return Processing Time**
- Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will process it within 3-7 business days.

4. **Return Address**
- If you wish to return items to the return address closest to your location, please contact us; we will respond within 3–7 business days to provide you with the appropriate return address.

5. **Refunds**
- Once we have received and inspected your returned items—or your refund request has been approved—we will refund the original order amount to your original payment account. We aim to complete the refund process within 3 to 7 business days.
